The journal is the official record of the Quadrennial Conference of The Western Jurisdiction. It includes the offices and personnel of the conference, all preparatory committees, future committees, and elected personnel. It includes the program, daily proceedings, rules, procedures, history, events, reports and action taken by the Western Jurisdictional Conference at its quadrennial meeting.
