by | Feb 10, 2021 | Events, News, Newsletter, Where Love Lives

The second part of our “Where Love Lives” webinar series, hosted by the CCORR on February 10, 2021, will bring our elder statesmen, Dr. Doug Fitch and Rev. Phil Lawson, to us as we explore our Wesleyan roots and discussions on race. Our host, Rev. Dale Weatherspoon, and our guests will lead us into a discussion as we look back at key moments in Methodism in the United States and challenge us with some continuing opportunities so we can keep the momentum going.

Where Love Lives is a 12-month long campaign happening throughout the Conferences of the Western Jurisdiction (WJ), designed to lift up the faith values that have undergirded the jurisdiction’s long-term commitment to a scripturally based fully inclusive ministry. Conferences within the WJ selected months to lead and produce campaign content. That content is distributed through websites, social media, and partner networks of the WJ all resident conferences.
