Registration and Housing
Everyone who will be in the building at Christ UMC, Salt Lake City, during the conference must register for the conference, or be an official volunteer in the building. Name tags will be required at all times. When you go to the registration page, you will see several categories of attendees. Please choose the appropriate category and continue the registration process. Registration includes seven meals while at the conference. Observers may choose a no meal option for a lower registration fee. Registration needs to be completed by October 15.

Housing
A block of rooms has been contracted for at each of these hotels. Use the links below to find the hotel that works best for you. Some hotels may have already filled the block and will not have any rooms available. You are responsible for making your own housing arrangements for your time in Salt Lake City. Limited parking will be available at the church. Additional parking will be available in two lots that are within a block of the church. Parking at the hotels is complimentary.
Reimbursement
For those who are at the jurisdictional conference in an official capacity, please retain your receipts for transportation costs. Please submit receipts to the WJC treasurer for travel cost reimbursement and hotel expenses if you are eligible for reimbursement. Housing reimbursement is ½ the cost of a double hotel room. Jurisdictional committee members attending the conference will need authorization from their WJ committee chairperson for any reimbursements. Reimbursement forms will be available at the conference.
